Concealed Pistol License and Renewals
The Quincy Police Department is currently accepting appointments for new CPL's, CPL renewals and fingerprinting services. These appointments will be scheduled on Wednesdays from 9am to 11:30am of each week with appointments occurring on the half hour. To make an appointment call (509) 787-4718.
The Quincy Police Department will also accept applications by mail for renewals of Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPL) that were originally issued in the City of Quincy. Along with your legible CPL application, we will also need a clear copy of your driver's license that has a current address, and a check or money order made payable to: City of Quincy, and the check must be in the same name of the person requesting the renewal of the CPL. When your renewed CPL is approved, it will be mailed to you. The department mailing address is; Quincy Police Department, PO box 426, Quincy WA 98848.

Renewal CPL(You are eligible to renew up to 90 days prior to expiration) $32.00
Expired CPL(You may still renew up to 90 days after expiration for a $10 late fee) $42.00
Replacement CPL $10.00
Fingerprints $10.00
Office Hours
Our office is open from 9am to 5pm. The office is closed on holidays. The records section is located in the Quincy Police Department when you come through the front doors at 223 1st Ave SW.

Public Records Request
Upon written request, the City provides copies of public records, pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, RCW 42.56, and the City's Public Records policy at QMC 2.60.
All public records requests may be submitted in person at the Quincy City Hall at 104 B St SW, by email to the publicrecordsofficer@quincywashington.us or through the City website at https://quincywashington.us/207/Public-Records-Request .
